INSPIRE Coaching INSPIRE Coaching is a bolt-on to allow space for exploration through high impact coaching. Using a group of coaching specialists with experience of leading in high pressure environments INSPIRE Coaching allows you to explore more deeply, both personally and professionally, and tailor your individual goals. Whether you have been nominated by your Manager, or would like to nominate yourself for INSPIRE, it is important to consider your business and personal goals. Discuss these goals with your Manager before signing up to the programme (through MyLearning). Formal approval will be sought from your Manager and your Divisional Head and once approved, look out for your invitation to the next available INSPIRE Programme.
